My physical strength has improved my mental strength. In the beginning, when Natalie would say to do something I would automatically say that “I can’t”. Overtime with support of Natalie and becoming stronger, I realized that the only way to get better at something is to try it and consistently work on it. I will now try anything. I am more confident to try new things and to meet new people. I say yes more both to physical fitness things but also to events or activities that are outside of my comfort zone.
Coming from a person who only did workout videos at home and said “I don’t need a coach”, I’m very glad I chose Natalie. I wouldn’t take it back for anything. I’ve worked muscle I didn’t know I had. Natalie has her BS in Exercise Science, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM, an ACE personal trainer certification and is a certified Diagnostic Health and Fitness Specialist. Natalie has been featured in Oxygen magazine has been keynote speaker of numerous local fitness events.
