HOW I COACH
As a coach I am here to guide you through your growth, as a coach I believe in leading by your side. I am no better and no worse, I am here to help you in an area I have more experience. I learn every day how I can empower you to lead the life you’ve always wanted. We do this together, I promise if you show up and put in the work, you will live a more full life than you ever thought you could.
I will be your biggest cheerleader when you put the work in. I will be a constant reminder that this is what you said you wanted from day one.
WHAT IS THE 3 MONTH TRAINING PROGRAM?
Private and Online coaching means you are serious about change! You are committing to 3 months of change. This requires 100% focus on yourself, every day you wake up and you have to decide that you are good enough, you have to rid yourself of self limiting beliefs and meet yourself exactly where you are at today. This can be extremely difficult, I find myself struggling with this but the beauty of it all is that we have the power of choice. We have to choose to practice every single day. Sometimes you are not going to want to do things that we need for change, that’s when we need to work the hardest. This is when the daily work becomes even more imperative.
We must lean on your why and put in the work day in and day out. Small victories add up, you have to keep moving forward. Our small daily victories are what drastically changes or lives. I am here, by your side while you go through the good and the bad.
- I am vulnerable af so you need to be vulnerable af for true change.
- I am not judging you. I don’t think I’m better than you, period.
- No BS approach. Life is hard, let’s face it, but it’s harder when we don’t take care of ourselves.
- Change is a process, it isn’t easy and it shouldn’t be, but you best believe we are going to grow together!
- You are going to fail. You also are going to win. Prepare for both.
- Show up on the days that suck. We show up on the days that are great.
- Small wins are big wins in my book, we have a whole life time.
- It’s not about weight loss, it’s about changing your whole life.
- Make mistakes, but stop making the same ones.
- Have a solutions mindset. There is always something positive to look at in every situation.
WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Knowing your why: You must have something to lean on when the days get hard or the daily efforts.
- Long Term Mindset: Drastic change takes daily effort, we are about long-term change and that requires an equal partnership between both of us. For true lifelong change it takes long term effort. This is a 3-month program and we have the opportunity to build on that!
- Showing up: Every time you come- you’re giving yourself the opportunity to be better. Every single day we show up to build up to be a little better than we were the last time. We show up together, we have fluid solution mindset communication. Whether you’re exhausted or enthusiastic, whether you’re feeling 40% or 100% we show up, together. Leaving at a 48 percent is a lot better than declining to a 35 percent.
- You have to be hungry for change. This is not something that can be achieved through a passive mindset. Massive success comes from the daily effort and the willingness to change and put in all the hard work because you know in the long term it will be worth it.
- We have to be a team. I am leading beside you, think as if you’re running a marathon and you’re on your last mile. You just ran 25 miles, you are exhausted and maybe you don’t want to complete the last mile. I, as your coach am here to run beside you and cheer you on. We meet you where you’re at today. I am learning every day to be a better coach to you and it’s important that you know that I can’t run the race for you. That requires completely transparency from both of us.
- I am here, as equally un-perfect with a willingness, I am authentic and vulnerable to the change you’re about to go through. Believe me, I will have my bad days as well and that is life, but together we will show up and be partners. We are in this together, through our flaws and imperfections I truly believe we can build each other up. I am learning every day just as you are, through this I become better coach.
12 weeks of Fitness Coaching options:
3, 4 or 5 - 30 Minute sessions per week
3, 4 or 5 - 50 Minute to one-hour sessions per week

-Newly curated fitness regimen based on the desires of the client and
their goals and progress half-way through the training program assuming the client has completed all check ins so program can be progressed
Weekly Mindset Coaching
-We establish and figure out your goals, environment, schedule, and
habits so you are progressing
Monthly Nutrition Check ins
1x a month- 24 hour nutrition recall and questions are open to the dietitian 48 hours after assessment
Monthly Physical Therapy check ins
1x a month- 24 hour nutrition
