This event features coach @nataliekfitness for 50-minutes of functional fitness.
We meet you exactly where you are TODAY.
Beginners to Advanced Lifters are welcome! We are about lifting each other up, no matter where you are fitness wise. We welcome YOU! 🏋🏼♀️
