Deadlifts & Doughnuts
Coach Kimball & Sixkiller have come together for this women's weight lifting event!
Deadlifts and doughnuts is a chance for you to set a personal record on your deadlift, learn how to deadlift or anything in-between!
Join us Saturday March 30th at 10 am for deadlifting followed by 11 am Q&A and doughnuts!
DEADLIFT PLATFORM ONE
Deadlift platform #1: The PR platform will run to ‘last man standing.’ Come find out your new PR and get some tips on form and what deadlift better suits your body. We will start with a base weight and add weights accordingly to whom is lifting.
DEADLIFT PLATFORM TWO
Deadlift platform #2: Don’t know how to deadlift? No problem! The second platform will be Instructional based and we will go over the basics and fundamentals of deadlifting. We will start from the ground up and focus on building strength with
-10 AM: INTRODUCTION OF THE COACHES,
EXPLANATION OF PLATFORMS,
WARM UP AND ACTIVATION.
-10:10 LIFTS START
-11 AM: DOUGHNUTS Q & A
-ALL SUPPORTIVE WOMEN WELCOME
